My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was small but modern and comfortable, although it did get a bit hot at night. The hotel is ideally located right in front of Hakodate train and tram station and just a few steps from the morning market. The rooms were clean and tidy, but space and facilities were limited. However, the bathroom sewerage was a drawback and there was an unsettling incident nearby. The hotel offers great convenience near the train station and market, but there were some noisy interruptions and a sudden disturbance nearby.

The hotel is super convenient, especially for anyone needing a place to stay in this beautiful country town. The rooms, while cramped and with a very small bed, were adequate for a one-night stay, and the location right across from Hakodate JR station and next to the morning markets made up for the small size. The dining experience was over expectations, possibly the best in the south of Hokkaido with very reasonable prices. The service, though the female front desk staff appeared indifferent, was friendly, and the hotel's great location, just outside the JR train station and close to the morning market, could not be better.
